How do we get our data out of LERETA?
You send us your portfolio file — that’s it. Our technology cleans up inconsistent or messy data automatically, and everything is validated and confirmed with your team before go-live. Nothing goes live until you’ve reviewed and signed off on the validation report.
How much of my team’s time does switching take?
Far less than you’d expect. Your team’s part is essentially: join a kickoff call, send your portfolio file, review the validation report and attend training. The configuration, data preparation, cleanup and validation work is handled by Inveritax.
Will switching disrupt tax season if we move mid-cycle?
Timing is planned around your tax calendar during Discovery, so the transition doesn’t collide with a disbursement deadline. Teams are up and running in 30 days through the four-step welcome process.
Does our IT team need to be involved?
No! We take the file from your current tax service and have you up and running in 30 days. We will load escrow amounts into your core system through our escrow integrations. We are happy to work with your IT team, but their resources are not needed to switch.
What if errors surface after go-live?
Every amount is verified against official tax data, and discrepancies are flagged for review rather than passed through. If something does surface, you have a named contact who knows your portfolio and resolves it with you directly — not a ticket queue.
Do we run parallel with our current vendor during the switch?
That’s decided in Discovery based on where you are in the cycle. Many teams keep their current service running through validation, then cut over the same day the report is signed off — so there’s no gap in coverage.
